ModernGigabyte Releases ModernBill Version 4 with New Ceonex Dolphin-X Theme
ModernGigabyte, LLC proudly releases Version 4 of its popular ModernBill product. This newest version of the ModernBill product line takes automated billing to the next step. ModernBill is a Web-based automated billing system that is being marketed initially to the web hosting industry. Version 4 introduces many new features, a great new look, and vast improvement in its core logic.
Since Version 1, ModernBill has been on a mission to improve the lives of those charged with the duty of billing customers. ModernBill offers users the ability to create and administer customer accounts; automatically invoice, charge and collect payment; and reconcile and track income. In Version 2, ModernBill improved the user interface by adding a Dashboard feature that allowed the user to view their entire system at a glance. A To-Do list was also added so important notes could be tracked. In Version 3, ModernBill added many new Gateways so that users could collect their funds from new sources available in the market.
Version 4 is ModernBill's most important advancement. The most obvious change for the user is the great new look, feel and flow of the product. Through a partnership with Ceonex.com, ModernBill has taken on a whole new look. This Dolphin-X theme has smooth edges, graphical depth, and soothing colors that mimic modern operating systems. Button position and feature layout have been reengineered to improve the user experience and introduces many redundant links so that the user can choose the placement that suits them best. The overall flow of the program is enhanced by fact that the user can reach nearly every feature in the program from the Dashboard in just a few clicks.
The improvement that many of our users have been asking for is now available. We now include integration support for many major server provisioning programs, including Plesk, Cpanel & Ensim. We are offering these extra modules at no additional cost. In the same regard we are adding support for many Gateways and Registrars, with new ones being added as time allows.
The most important change has been the work done to the core logic. Often underappreciated by the end user, these fundamental changes will allow for many new innovations within our product. The ModernBill R&D team has put a new API at the heart of the product. This API allows integration among all the programs' various parts, making upgrades easier and more stable. It will also allow quicker integration with third party software. This API made our new modules possible. In the future it will allow further modules to be introduced rapidly and move the product into new venues. Ideas in development include support for ISP and telecommunications companies. Moderngigabyte can now also entertain creating customized modules for proprietary provisioning solutions.
Some other features of ModernBill Version 4 include: Coupons, email administration, database exportation, support desk, FAQ administration, and customizable package setups.
ModernBill Version 4 is a much more mature product than it was at its outset. As a result the product is being positioned to compete with products that cost much more than ModernBill. It will always be priced competitively, but we feel our product has more features than many priced much higher. To ensure that entry level users can access our product, we are going to offer two options. First, our lease option for a low monthly fee is already available. Second, we plan on offering a ModernBill Startup Kit. It will be a product that will compete directly in the low price end of the market.
